Tennessee Bounce Parties is currently seeking highly motivated self-starters to be a part of our sales team. We provide entertainment services for some of Nashville’s hottest events and big names. These services include inflatables, mechanical and carnival rides, music entertainment, and more. Our clients include colleges, churches, corporations, and even celebrities. We have built a reputation of excellence that our clients expect, so if you feel you have what it takes, keep reading.
Our sales team members will be expected to work closely with our current clientele and actively seek out new prospective customers by calling, emailing, and occasionally making cold-call visits. While working with clients, ensuring that all customer’s needs are satisfied is a must.
Nature of the Work:
This is a full time position. Salary will be based on experience, and includes commission with growth opportunities, bonuses, commission, and other incentives.
– Work with data bases
-Email customers -Develop new business and maintain relationships with current customers
-Call existing and potential new customers
-Send mailings (post cards, magazines, letters, etc)
-Work with customers on new events and existing events -Prepare event paperwork for staff
-Make all pre-event preparations
-Learn and become knowledgeable of our products and services (and new products as they arrive)
– Prospect for new clients including cold calling and researching new business opportunities
– Prepare quotes and contracts
– Maintain daily calendar to ensure you are completing minimum required sales calls
– Monitor account payments to ensure customer payments are current and on time
– Possible attendance at college conferences and trade shows
